Water Damage Recovery in Niagara
The large volume of water that soaked this Niagara kitchen severely damaged the sheetrock drywall and the resilient tiled floor. The Before Photo illustrates what happens when immediate steps are not taken to remove the standing water from surfaces. Our SERVPRO crew can only mitigate the damage with a controlled demolition and removal of these non-salvageable building elements. The After Photo shows the discarded materials and one remaining air mover. We monitor the drying process until standard baselines for moisture content are achieved. The crew can then spray an antimicrobial agent to help inhibit mold and other microbial growth in preparation for a build back. We work hard to please our customers.
